The food was really good. We all loved the food. Though many items like the chaat, nehari and most desserts are still not available. They r facing a few issues with the air conditioning (hopefully they said it will be solved my Monday) so it was pretty hot and the service was really slow. Also the menu isn't very clear, the picture shows Thali for 4/5 people where as it is actually for 1/2 people. We got confused and ended up ordering only 2 thalis for 8 people! It's a new restaurant with lots of potential. Hope they improve their service and looking forward to revisit to try their unlaunched items after a few weeks and also after they solve all their issue!

We recently had lunch at the newly opened Thaal restaurant in JLT. It is a Thaal concept restaurant from Mumbai and as the name suggests everything is served on a big 33 inch Thaal. Their menu offers North Indian, Lucknowi, Bohri, Sindhi and Punjabi cuisine. We had their tasting Thaal and everything was slow cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. The good food was complemented by warm hospitality.

I was invited by friends at this place, I just got floored by their quality of food. The food varieties & novelty was surprisingly fresh, yet light on pallette. All dishes were nicely cooked and as mild as per our requirements. I would recommend a visit for an Indian cuisine!

Excellent food and great service from everyone in the team! They had catered for a house party we had and everything from the communication to menu suggestion, delivery, food quality was amazing and price is pretty reasonable too! Avinash is prompt in his response and was happy to suggest us the best options as per our preference! Highly recommended for their top notch food and service!

We got to know about this gem from one of the post on instagram. We contacted the restaurant thru chat options and booked dinner for 6 people. The owner Avinash was extremely nice, friendly and served us the best items in the thaal. Each item was yummy with authentic Indian aroma and taste. Definitely recommend to visit with your family and friends if you are too foodie person. Thanks Avinash.

One of my favourite Indian restaurants in the whole of Dubai, I keep visiting the restaurant for their luscious chats, kebabs and Biryani's. Unique blend covering all of North Indian cuisine, this place is highly recommended for all.

Extremely disappointed, it seems the waiter is the cook who takes the order and goes back to the kitchen prepares and serves the food. Minimum waiting time to get an additional roti is 10 minutes. If anyone is planning to visit Thaal should have ample time to enjoy the boredom while the wait for the food and loose their appetite.
