I'm writing to give a positive review for Al Maya JVC , a supermarket delivery service that I've been using for the past few months. I've been very impressed with the quality of the products, the convenience of the service, and the excellent customer service.

I also really appreciate the customer service. I've had a few questions about my orders, and the customer service team has always been very helpful and responsive. They've gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm satisfied with my orders.

Overall, I'm very happy with JVC Branch. It's a great service that makes it easy to get fresh groceries delivered to my door. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable way to shop for groceries.

Wow all items i want is available, neat and clean store promises, well arranged with competitive prices, friendly customer service, all sections are available ie fresh fish, hot food, cheese and olives, toys, luggage... Wow excellent. Should be thankful to almaya team for their import range ????????????????

Not very much of variety accross grocery sections, they have good bakery sections, you can get mini rice & curry meals over there. Ambience is good, staff is polite.

Worst customer service… picked up some juice and just brought it up to find out it’s leaking took it back and they refused to change it so I didn’t want to fight for 13 AED however when I opened it it was almost half… I was disgusted by there rude customer service.

Very expensive !!
I do not know how those people are thinking about jvc residence !!

Currently in JVC alot of supermarkets and groceries are much much cheaper than them and their delivery also free !!

Giving 1 star is even too much ...staff 0 customer service..2 hours waiting to receive the order and half of the items are missing.. and charging double price ..very disappointed..
