Extremely rude behaviour to the customers and not responsive to WhatsApp orders . Today I asked for lemon grass through WhatsApp , no one replied despite reading the msg . I called them up to place order , when I asked they no one replied the shopkeeper told “I am busy “ and cut the call before I could say anything. So so rude . Big no for this shop . They don’t respect customers .

I ordered from Bokaro twice through NowNow app, the two orders were ok-ish overall, and sometimes they have really good offers. However my last order had one fresh Basil, and what was delivered wasn't very good. It's to be consumed in one day or it will go bad. The leaves were already dry and the plant looked old.

Carefully handpicked fresh Fruits and Vegetables, at a price beating Carrefour, Noon Daily, Kibsons etc. We have since moved from these to Bokaro store now as the single place to shop/ order fruits and veggies.

The delivery is prompt, currently limited to certain areas only though, hope they expand and cover other areas soon.

In-store experience was great, unlike Carrefour, we didn't have to spend much time on sorting and picking, as the quality was good and consistent across the stock in store.

Strongly recommended.

Bokaro Fruits and Vegetable is a clean and well managed fruit and vegetable store that is located right in the prime spot in JVC. Personally, I have been going there ever since they have opened up and I never had an unpleasant experience.

What makes this store special is most of the items are very reasonably priced, the staff are super friendly and the owners of the outlet welcome you with a lot of warmth and help you with selection. I recently took my mom as we needed really good mangoes for summer and the quality was stunning and very generously priced.

Swift delivery within the area makes it even more easier for us.

Hope they expand towards other parts of town soon !

I was pleasantly Surprised to see how can anyone offer such good quality fruits and vegetables and very good prices :) I checked prices in Spinneys which is next to this store and prices are some times double to triple.

My go to convenience store. Had upgraded itself from just a fruit and veg store and that’s great as I can get all my essentials here. Support staff of Mr Aamir , Mr John and Mr Sameer is highly appreciated and they are very helpful.

I ordered from Bokaro fruits through instashop and the experience has been horrible. I got stale and rotten fruits. Even the tender coconut water was rotten. Never ordering from them again. I have attached pictures of the fruits to help others decide before ordering from them. They said they will not refund or replace the items.
They have refunded only 10 dirhams for the guava whereas i had purchased fruits worth 192 dirhams!!. I wanted to return all the fruits which they call fresh. What about the rabutan and tender coconut? See the low quality of cherries!!
