I have attempted to address this issue by notifying the security personnel and requesting to meet with the shift incharge to discuss the matter further. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed, and no action was taken to address the situation. This lack of attention to customer feedback and the unwillingness to address unprofessional behavior is disheartening.
