The rent throughout Nakheel property is very expensive and the service is really terrible. I had to chase out for every single steps of the rental procedure. The property agent is like a baby, he won't do anything until you asked him and followed up for all the process of renting and handing over the unit.

Good Apartments..nice..well maintained..walking distance to the Gardens Metro Station..all facilities such as Restaurants, Beauty Saloon , Super Market also available.. Also Street 01 is just 05 minutes walking distance..Another good things is Ibn Batuta Mall is easily accessible only 10 minutes walking distance.. over all good community..

Great apartment sizes, awesome big size swimming pool,tennis courts, football square , basketball courts and spacious jogging paths. Close to metro IBN station with a drop off bus in 7min. Plenty of retails and walking distance to IBM BATUTTA MALL.

Good apartments. All facilities within walking distance. Rents are reasonable. Maintenance is low.

Очень хороший районе The Gardens ,family workers lives and much more gardens ,thanks Dubai goverment Nakheel ,nice nearly mall and metro bass restorants ,peopls whos live wery good no deastroy .
