I called so many times to view an apartment.. they answer after calling three times or more.. I opened to see people’s reviews on google to figure out that most of the people had similar problems.. this kind of companies has to be closed because U.A.E is an open country and such companies make U.A.E unsecured and open to thieves

I am staying in Rashed tower in Al nahda for 1 year. No issues. Maintenance was good. Watchman are friendly.

PLEASE AVOID..AVOID…AVOID dar Al Mehairi real estate. Never ever choose them. If choose them, you will definitely regret it.

Extremely worst maintenance and customer service coordination.

I chose a brand new apartment by paying highest rent in Al warqa area. The worst part is that, no one will respond back to you ad give you proper feedback even though it’s an emergency requirement.The great specialty of this real estate is that nobody will take any serious action even though you explain them that you are in a very bad condition, instead they will be keep giving you continuous useless reasons and justifications. They do not have any obligation towards their tenants.

I feel extremely disappointed and regret of choosing this real estate.

We’ve been a tenant for the past 3 years. We had a payment issue where the cheque was returned recently. We requested One of the staff to help us with this issue as this is the first time it had happened. He never responded or got back to us. We had to chase him every day to get an update and one day he decides to send a notice from Dubai court issuing another fine. In total we are being forced to pay 1000 dhs 500 which is charged by the company and 475 for the notice. Worst staff . Unprofessional,rude irresponsible and slack and not helpful at all.my husband tried to explain to the owner about the situation he was equally rude and very disrespectful.please I would recommend you not to consider this property. The gym is not well equipped either. It’s in a terrible state.

It’s been 6 month they are not returning my security deposit. No one is responding also. Very pathetic customer service.

From their customer service to maintenance dept, everything is unreliable, unprofessional and lacks basic customer service.
Employees at the customer service desk are pathetic and rude.
