I saw many people coming after me and the guys catching them far and passing them before me. When I am asking why and how it is possible they don't even answer me just keep ignoring me. It took me plus 2 hours to finish the test. Someone responsible should stop this.

There is a desperate need to review the process of vehicle inspection. Time taken to inspect a vehicle is a nightmare.
There should be a link with Dubai Police about all services to save time and avoid paperwork. A need to have police representative in the areas is a must to save customer's time.
Many papers and receipts are copied and wasted, where we receive electronic copies anyway, why the waste?
We must go paperless operations and use websites and kiosks for self service and avoid big congestion in the waiting area.

Very efficient process on a weeknight. 5 stars for the office staff upstairs, 4 stars for the guys downstairs. FOLLOW THESE STEPS

1. Go to Parking and look for "Test Lanes" signs
2. Park anywhere nearby and get a number from them, give them the car keys and tell them the parking spot.
3. Take number 1 level up in the mall and go to the office opposite Daiso
4. Finish your paperwork, get plates etc, watch your car get checked downstairs on the CCTV
5. Go downstairs and drive off

Tip: There are guys who help fixing the license plate but if you want to prevent random drilling through your fresh plates, go to UNION COOP upstairs and get AED10 mounting tape.

One of the worst customer service experience with staff MAHMOUD ADEL. Extremely rude, no basic manners on how to speak with customers. Disgusted

They pick you on points you never had before. I never had a bad report like this. every year the car pass with no or minor comments. this year coming now ten comments 9 of them are major. Common what happened to the car in one year!!

Worst testing centre. Pointed out 2 issues and we have rectified it. They then pointed out other issues when we brought the car back. Obviously they are not checking thoroughly every time and just waste people’s time. Also no manners. When you want to complain, they even refuse to disclose their names saying they are not allowed.

At the reception a person his name is "happiness ambassador", he is not even smiling to customers and not eager to give proper guidance on right steps. Plus the agent on counter 2 not able to help nor asking the right questions with hard way of talking to customer, caused an issue for me!

On the other side the supervisor, Mr
Soliman, very profissional and deserves the role, very friendly attitude with proper guidance, thank you!
He helped me and resolved the issue. The rating is only because of you

Worst place ever for vehicle testing! RTA must ban this operator from providing vehicle testing services. There is no place to wait, God knows which token is moving forward. People just swarming the guys to enquire about their token. No discipline and proper communication.
If RTA does not take action, I am going to take this with RTA social media handles and appropriate UAE authorities.
Sheer waste of time and effort.
