There is a serious issue with the AC and nobody is doing anything about it. Very high humidity & the air is not clean. I advise to stay away as I'm leaving very soon.

Horrible building! very bad management, very noisy, parties at night, loud music, security is not doing anything about it, always under construction, AC not working working properly in the apartment, fire alarm rings everyday. I left before the end of the lease as it was too hard to live in that building, not to mention there are big machines on the roof which are very noisy day and night, and be careful they will never refund your full deposit, they will take as much as they can. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE BUILDING!

Unfortunately we have a very bag experience with this building!(((
Always construction , very noisy in the apartment because of that !They do this from 7:30 morning and nobody care that you want to rest ,that kids want to sleep!!!it’s horribly noisy!
Parking is very dirty, only they clean upper parking where it’s visible, and down ONLY IF YOU PAY EXTRA CASH !
Management doesn’t care about nothing, only making visibility.
The worst experience ever of leaving !
Unfortunately spent 2 years of my life being in stress ((((((((

This has been by far the best building I have stayed at in Dubai. I lived in Business Bay before in one of the big Damac towers and I have to say living here for one year has been so rewarding. The security and maintenance staff are extra friendly and the management team by Mr. Rashad are super helpful. They are always available to address any of your concerns literally any time you reach them. The building and the amenities are super beautiful and clean inside and out, the pool stays open till 10 pm and it’s highly secure and the walls cancel all the noice from other neighbors. The price is competitive along with the great location. It’s truly a 5 stars experience

it’s such a lovely and nice apartments then family oriented.. and it's like a palace ..Really happy with the building. It's the small things that make a big impact, you never have to wait for an elevator, the lights work on al
motion sensors, the gym and the pool are well equipped and taken care of... The apartments themselves are quite modern with big layouts.
The office staff and the maintenance personnel and cleaning staffs are very efficient and effective. Thank you for all…

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING !!!!! We lived there one year and every day (actually left 1 month earlier ) we heard hammering and drilling. Very bad Etisalat connection. Good luck if you work online !!! Walls are so thin, you can hear everything, even sneezing. EXTREMELY BAD MANAGEMENT! When you move out of there , do not expect to get the whole deposit, they take minimum 40% of your deposit even if you leave the place intact. Alarms are ringing on a daily basis. There are parties going on and when security is called, nothing is done. AGAIN DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING ! THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST PLACE !

Great location, close to la Mer walking distance (10 minutes) close to 2nd December street.
Spacious, very high ceiling, but very poor material used...a lot of lady business staying in this building which doesn't make it family friendly. Get ready to hear your neighbors very poor isolation.
