Hotel is at good place and nearby Al Ghubaiba metro station. Just rooms need to be more clean and hygiene.

Rooms are good, but there are major cockroaches issues. No use of applying cockroaches spray. Had to call 4-5 times for room services. Very slow service too

This place is a disaster, cleaniness is zero , customer service has index goes in negative if need to be talked about, we have rented the place for a month and next day of arrival we have informed about bug issues in the mattress no one cared and till the day we vacated the matress remain unchanged.
Then cockroaches in the bathroom is another cause of worry .
My wife was staying alone for three weeks and she got infected with some kind of micro organism and has to go to hospital even after citing these concerns the hotel authorities did not cared to take any action.
Place is very near to metro and bus terminal other shopping areas etc with this advantages this hotel is playing with monopolistic and carefree attitude which is totally unacceptable.
I personally request to think triple before you make a booking .

The rooms had bed bugs and cockroaches all around it. Even after changing the room once, we did not feel comfortable staying there for a single night. The smell was nauseating and we had to decide to vacate the room the same night at 2 AM after staying for not even an hour. We spent around AED 600 for the room to not even stay in it so we feel quite cheated.
On top of this, we were charged an extra AED 100 as cleaning charges for these rooms at the reception that was given in the fine print by Agoda.
Overall would not recommend this hotel at all as we were looking forward to celebrate the New Year in Dubai and this experience completely ruined it for us.

It is a very good and budget hotel apartments in bur dubai area. And friendly staff and both day and night Receptionist are good behavior.

Very disappointing.
Location is so bad with almost no chance to find a parking if you're using your own car.

The hotel itself is not actually a hotel, it's a very old studio apartments building that is not well maintained at all and awful smell is flooding the building as well as the rooms.

Pictures are not honest reflection, they do look similar but it seems they were takes very long time ago. Everything in the room is old and you can tell right away it was not being maintained nor cared for.

The funny thing, it's not at all offered at a cheap rate!

After cancelling my booking at this hotel, I went door-to-door searching for a place to stay and I found another one (Sun & Sands Hotel) which is way superior to this one and much better located with free hotel parking and it was 40% less in cost for the same duration.

Absolutely not recommended for backpackers, solo or group travellers.

A very bad hotel with less cleaniness and service, plus its of bugs on the bed which cause serious skin diceases. never book this place. worst experience.

Very bad service. They saying to cancel booking from online app and then giving room without booking and you have to pay them .and they keep money for himself .also price is not same when arived there .but you will have no choice to leave bcz they time we Need room
