No responsibility to customer transaction and no value of customer relationship
I had done flash transaction more than one day before . But, not credited in account.

Manager and staffs are not taking action at all.
Poor service and high commission to transactions

Recently I visit your Bur Dubai Branch
I'm very impressed with your service your staff is very nice they corporate with the customer. Especially Mr Rash Mohan is the Best Customer service executive he is very polite and Good person And Branch Manager is also a Commendable Lady.
I would like to request you to plz Arrange any Gifts for Customers like watch perfumes etc.
I would request to everyone plz visit City Exchange .
