This school lives by its name as they are so passionate about giving back to the community. Their management is open and well connected with the parents. They take parents consent every where possible. They invite us for events like community iftaar, friends of Al Salam, parent council and so much more to ensure parents are heard in best interest of our kids.
The quality of education is world class. Both my kids go to Al Salam community and I feel fortunate that it’s such a modern yet grounded with values. Highly recommended.

When I decided to move my kids to ASCS I had a high level of expectations of a very good educational atmosphere and children safety. I confidently can say, the school met my expectations and exceeded. Both my girls show a high level of confidence and they both show a good progress in their learning outcomes. Of course every school in the world have a set of challenges but the most importantly to me how the team face these issues and how the problems resolved ASCS has a very good leadership team who is working veryhard to achieve the best outcomes. Overall my both daughters are happy as well as us as parents.

My experience with al salam community school was terrible and atrocious. Although the school says they have the best opportunities, it is not true at all! my child was in this school almost all their life and it has only gotten worse and worse! Even though my child wasn't bullied many people were getting bullied and too many graphic relationships were happening within the school campus. But what really interferes with the children's learning is that many students lack personal hygiene and I can't believe that people can't take care of their hygiene at this age, some teachers too. The teachers were the worst part! The head of science Jahida Janna was teaching my child's class and although she was my child's 6th science teacher she was very lazy, she would never post revision no matter how many times the students asked and she would say that that was their jobs, she is giving homework right before the exams and she never gave them a revision lesson and took new lessons in the last week of school, which is unbelievable! she has not been giving clear answers to students and would aggressively shout at students. Most teachers do not post any answers in any lessons posted in google classroom. The topics for the exam(the portion) gets posted just a week before exams which is not enough time for FINALS! Teachers never turn on the Air Conditioning and they do not care if the student says it's hot, I started believing the AC is only there for decoration. The school blocks all useful websites and they lie to parents about how they never block anything. The students don't give anyone privacy and if they get themselves in trouble they always involve innocent people in the trouble. If anyone from the staff gets caught watching things they shouldn't be doing, they make a whole assembly to say that it is all rumors and explain that it is all lies when they are the one lying to the parents and students. The school would do anything to get the students to stress. They made the students WRITTEN Computer Science and Physical Education test with no revision. When my child went to do the test to be in a better school, they barely passed and were almost going to be stuck in ASCS forever! This school is a complete waste of money! They tell you about how the school has a swimming pool and they have to pay for the swimming lessons, but they rented it to a swimming team and throughout the year my child only had 4 swimming lessons! And to add to that the pool is filled and surrounded by bugs!!!! The swimming pool area has a lot of cameras which I find quite outrageous, considering it is a Islamic country and school and there are female students that wear hijab and wear revealing clothes inside the swimming pool! The history teacher keeps telling students about how he doesn't care if you want to drink water even though the students have just gotten back from PE. The teachers sit on their phones and tell the students to teach the class and they don't look up once. You need a tution teacher for the easiest subjects and it takes a lot of energy to do all that when the school should be the one putting in all the effort, not the students and the parents! The school rarely posts any revision document and only relies on slides which is not enough for students that are going onto GCSE. The classes are very disruptive and rude. please do not get fooled by the instagram and twitter and facebook posts. If I had to talk about this school I would have nothing nice to say. It takes forever for IT to fix the school chromebook and they do not bring it back on time, it is also very pricey. They have speakers in the bathroom so when they put on the Citation for morning! This is so very disrespectful and disgusting and they haven't looked into it until now. Teachers roll their eyes on the students. They made an art teacher teach my child moral, social and cultural studies!
If you want a good quality school, this is not the school you are looking for.
Don't get fooled by the school's appearance! I do not recommend this school.

ASCS truly embodies its name, prioritising community engagement and parent involvement. The management's open communication and consideration for parental consent are exceptional. They go the extra mile by organising engaging events that foster a strong school-home partnership. I don't understand the negative reviews as our experience has been exceptional. The school's commitment to education and student well-being is truly commendable. Highly recommended! #CommunityMatters #ExceptionalEducation

I had been very confused before I enrolled my child in this school because of the mixed reviews and more so, the negative reviews on google. I went ahead anyway and it’s been three months now, and I absolutely love everything about the school. The values, the care and the comfort level my son is at here.

This school truly is the best option for a British curriculum school with an economic budget.

We started with sending our eldest son to Al Salam 4 years ago, and were amazed by the level of quality, care and mentoring the school and its teachers offer.

We chose to move our younger 3 boys to Al Salam this year as well. In just 2 months, we can already see the drastic improvement in their attitude towards learning. What’s more is that the younger boys actually look forward to going to school now, so no more morning excuses trying to dodge school.

Al Salam is the school of choice and I am grateful to them and their teachers for making a significant improvement in my kids learning behavior.

This is our 4th year here in ASCS and I can say it’s one of the best British schools here in Dubai.
My kids love the school, they are always happy going there and enjoy learning as well.
I highly recommend this school if you are looking for such atmosphere.
