Dear Management Team

Please don’t recruit this kind of people its a humble request … not worth for the shop , you will receive complaints only ..

Kindly go through below message , If needed I can share the photos of bill and food

Have ordered chicken pasta from this Broccoli Pizaa & Pasta through Talabat and payment also done
Food has been delivered with wrong ingredient ( instead of Tomato they put olives )

so I called this shop at 9:17 ( 7 June’23 ) and I asked for the replacement
So staff said he will send with correct ingredient through Talabat again.

But even after almost 30-40 minutes since I was not getting food nor updates I called them
back and asked about the delivery status so a staff ( Name - MOHAMMED AFAN - AL TWAR branch )
He informed that Talabat is not picking and So I need to wait …
So I asked him back that how long I will have to wait …. like till tomorrow ?

He replied may be yes .

So this is the way this mentioned staff - MOHAMMED AFAN was talking… seems he was so rude and adamant and very helpless !
And not bothered about the value of food and money

So now no food and money also gone …

So my next step is complaining at consumer protection against this service

Food is great, but the restaurant is so dead, ambience was really bad. Staffs were friendly though. Overall food and service was great.
Try chicken mix pasta with meat sauce.

They forgot to put croutons in my salad , souse taste like mayonnaise with a lot of salt .Chicken not grilled, it’s just boiled ????????u200d♀️

First things first, I went to the store to get takeaway & the store is DIRTY! There is oil & dust caked on the seats, billing machine, speakers, TV and the counters. They are definitely understaffed. My pizza was horrible. I ordered the veg option & it hardly had any veggies. Just a load of cheese dumped on top. The washroom was under repair and even staff had to use the washroom at the gas station.. how pathetic? Does management not care about hygiene & safety standards?

Life is not about finding yourself, its about finding the right pizza.
This place is located in the Enoc Petrol station and has seating available for a small crowd.
If you are a fan of Broccoli, Pasta and Pizza and you are in mood to indulge into then this is the place to be. The food is delightful especially the Pizza loaded with cheese and the pasta creamy and yummy.
Life is a combination of Magic and pasta and the Chicken Alfredo Pasta was super delicious with Broccoli and other veggies and I opted for the mix pasta. Loved it.
We had the Chicken and cheese pizza which was fresh and a wholesome of Cheese just elevated the pizza.
The star of the evening was the Super Broccoli Chicken Pizza. This pizza was pan crust with super veggies and chicken with sauce and lot of cheese. And you can never go wrong with Pizza.
The kids also had the chicken nuggets which was soft and good.
Mr. Shah was very kind and friendly at his service. Lovely place for a pizza and pasta hangout.

Amazing pasta and pizza. The quality and quantity is very satisfying. Chicken spicy ranch and Alfredo pasta is my fav.

The pizza was really pathetic. Since my meal was an offer they degraded the quality to cover up costs. I've had most of the pizzas from here and it's not the way they make it for the 'meal for 2' absolutely cheating people

The guys working in this shop aren't in favor of telling the customers about their offers, deals and promotions.. thinking that it's kinda "saving" for them, while it's a "trust breaker" in fact. I don't think I'd be coming here again. The guys in the pizza shop next door are more "customer friendly" and they won't spare a drop of sweat in telling the customers about the best choices they can make according to their ongoing offers and great deals. On top of this, the washroom is out of service, the AC isn't cooling at all, and the place is full of flies cuz their blue light isn't working. Welcome to the jungle!
