Located right near Omnipassive Metro station, with quite a number of different businesses on set and a good area fir offices on second floor

Building is old but best part is accessibility and no waiting line for lifts.

Security guy is rude and not helpful.

Good building.. All facilities are available here, Ground Floor mainly Emirates Bank & CBI bank and Food outlets Maxzi and Hyperama.
First floor and second floor offices . This building is easily accessible because it is in Sheikh Zayed road.
Other good thing for office people metro station is nearby.

Good ol office building with different option of boutiques and banks. Close to the car dealerships mainly Volkswagen and Porshe. There's a little cage inside if you need food but Nothing special again.parking ay the back and all around. Nothing really worth going out of the way for. If you need to go you need to go.
