It takes you 2 hours of waiting to come your turn so after that they will give you another token because the first one was wrong

And after all this once you reach the counter and ask the employer why it’s taking so long to be there he really shouted with loud voice ((they don’t want to work what i can do)) and after that he informed me i can’t help call the call centre like really i wasted 2 hours here just to tell me contact the call centre. And the manager of the place is whole new story i was there at 11:15 A.M and he was setting with some local guy talking with him until I left at 1:30 and when I left he was smoking with him outside like he’s the only customer in the place. Worst branch with worst management

Dear ENBD, please find a way to prevent customers from using the ATM machines if they want to withdraw or deposit an amount that exceeds the limit. The limit helps in keeping atm usage short and therefore convenient and quick to all customers, but when the atm is used for several times by one customer just to bypass the limit, it makes the experience bad for other customers who want to use the ATM, and it creates unnecessary queues. Those who want to deposit/withdraw above the limit should be told that it’s done at the teller, not the ATM!

This has been my experience at this particular branch.

Simple: do not go to this branch.
Waited over 1 hour for my number to be called (no other number was called in the meantime). Was only received when started to make drama. Unhelpful staff. And they don't have a bathroom.

visited this branch to update personal data, waited in queu for 40 minutes, they told me the documents that are necessary for this, arrived with the documents, sat in queu for 1 hour, so that they would later tell me that a salary certificate was still needed, said that I could provide a scan, they said that it will fit. I waited another 20 minutes until my office sent me a scan, after which I received an answer that I needed the original document. went to the office, took the original, now I'm sitting in queu again 30 minutes have already passed. maximally non-customer-oriented.

This branch is always crowded esp on weekdays, morning to evening.
TIP: utilize this branch on weekends morning time or late evening. I've also had several transactions and requests here which I find easy and quick.

WAITING is always going to be there, at least this is anticipated.

I came to the branch by 8:50am today to make sure I’m done with my operations early. I had to wait for over an hour in the electronic queue prioritizing customers who swiped their card when getting a ticket. This is totally unfair.

The worst customer service specially counter 12 employee on phone call from 1:30 till 2:00 pm because they are closing at 2 pretending they are wasting everyone time .to be busy and not to taking any token , I decided to close my bank account because we are customer to enjoy great service not to feel un respected

I have been a customer of NBD Bank for the last 10 years, but unfortunately, the service I've received has only been getting worse over time. My recent visit to one of the branches was particularly frustrating. I was promised a call back within one day, but it's been two weeks now and I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-through from this bank. I hope they can improve their customer service in the near future, as I am considering switching to another bank that can provide me with the level of service I deserve.
