I stayed in Al Sufouh suits for couple of months, it was really outstanding. I like this area of Dubai as it’s accessible to all landmarks and at the same time it’s quiet and calm. And the view is amazing!

Amenities and community of the building is a good vibe, made good friends there and I still go and give them a visit.

There is pharmacy, nice juice shop, Turkish deserts and supermarket downstairs, so pretty everything I needed was just there.

Thanks for having me and definitely will stay again here when I come to Dubai!

Better than expected the location and the view with every sunset simply stunning the balcony of 06 series is big and the sunrise can be appreciated from bed the staff is very polite and respectful following the sanitarie rules in this important moment in the world I will love to be back soon

Besides the location there’s nothing good about this building, the fire alarm goes off constantly, sometimes at 4am. Because of the glass construction of the building you can hear anytime how someone closes the balcony door or in my example the neighbor slammed the door, very annoying especially at like 2am when you are trying to sleep. The connecting doors in between the apartment units also leak sound and smell. And lastly the building management. When I was moving in I was met with a friendly approach but the experience was completely opposite when I was moving out. I had a horrible experience with a manager named Amer, he was very rude and arrogant. One advice if you plan to move in, do a proper inspection of the unit and take pics of all faults because when you will be charged for them when you move out.

Clean, well finished apartments, not crowded, quiet serene place with easy access to SZR.

the WORST building management I've ever encountered in Dubai. they know nothing about the building, VERY greedy, constant problem with pest control, constant problems with the water heater, fire alarm, mixing up cheques...just a nightmare...

Awful security and building management . All they say is just its our rules and procedure . When you ask them to explain procedure they have no arguments and keep repeating its our procedure . Maya from management was staying there and saw my discussion with reception who refuse to provide his name and said i have no rights to ask his name

Food is amazing! From the shrimp patties burger to their desserts..sooo good Mexican food. Definitely be coming back
