Completely unprofessional sales person represented by Jenna Robertson. I wanted to buy an office chair for my home similar to what I have in my office at work. I stopped by their office and sent them a photo of the chair that I want. One of their sales rep (Jenna Robertson) called me the next day and mentioned that they can supply the same chair type in the photo and the price is 2500. I asked her to send a quotation. Next day she sent me a quotation of the chair and price was around 3200. I approached the same person and informed her this is not what we agreed on and the price is not correct. She responded with vague email about the finishes of the chair while she confirmed to me over phone the price is going to be 2500 for the same type. So I won't be buying from them ever and I strongly recommend not to deal with them given the lack of transparency and changing words.
