No one answers the phone and the auto operator keeps repeating indefinitely- very bad

The worst service center for luxury cars, worst experience ever, they took my car out for a ride, caused me a fine and scratched my car. Don't ever use them for service, spare or Maintaince. Not reliable and feels like a hustle service center.

Ask for name surname phone and Emirates ID after 5 minutes of stay is inappropriate as well as rude.

My recent experience in the showroom was amazing , the whole process was very fast and smooth , very big thanks to Mr. Bassel, who made it super easy !
Very professional and friendly.
Definitely should ask for him about any enquiry in this showroom!!

Riding a camel is much preferred than driving range rover or a Ford the dealer is good. The service department and parts are managed by the wrong people, they run the business a cording to their moods and personal interest. Ignoring the after sales which fires back on car sales. I have decided to switch today to Dodge driven by the attitude a d behaviour of al tayer staff.

The staff was well trained, polite and very helpful.
The supervisor in charge made sure that all the customers are being served in timely manner.

They don't respond the phone whenever im trying to reach them. so much for customer service.
