We bought land rover for quality of the car and the quality of after service. however unfortunately it is not the case l. We witnessed bubbles around the gear and we sent it to Service to check on issue to find out that warranty doesn’t cover such an issue. Al tayer we’re not clear that warranty we got doesn’t cover such issues. The issue is purely bad quality rather than use. I never heard of such an issues of Land Rover.

Al Tayer sales team were not clear of warranty type when we bought the car to find our that it cover mechanical issues only.

The worst car agency in UAE. The sales process is totally corrupt. They allocate currently the new range rover to selective customers while for normal customers based on my own experience that they don't take reservations for the car now. Last year when the car was newly launched I went to reserve also they told me its not available to reserve! In Los Angeles which is much bigger market with more demand I have been told the waiting list is 3 to 6 months. I tried ford bronce raptor with altayer as well. Twice I went and I requested to reserve they told me we don't take reservations they just took my phone number (twice) and they didn't call once even! Its unfortunate that such brands are represented by such bad agent. Ditching both brands and any brand with this dealer.

This place is consist of unprofessional and incompetent people and a huge scam don’t take your car there if you aren’t registered.. they messaged me to bring the car for some safety recal and I left the car in working condition after two days they broke the rare righ side door mirror and accept there mistake but didn’t repair it and ask for 1800 aed to repair it back when they damaged the car.. don’t take your car they will screw it up completely they

A very big paradox between how luxury the car is and the quality of an employee of the brand. Iam very frustrated with the Wokrshop Manager of SZR branch Zersis Maneckji. My wife and I were shocked of his way of communication and the amount of anger in his eyes for something that suppose to be our normal right. He was not helpful or carrying at all and absolutely missing a lot of education on how to treat the people. My wife told me from the phone even it was not comfortable talking to him at all as he shows attitude and personal behavior as if his doing the service with his own hands. not only us as clients but also we noticed how he called the driver two times to get our car and was like his calling his personal assistant or a slave. I hope that the Land Rover brand take into consideration so much of skills before giving a high position to someone who doesn't have the basics of facing people his literally an example of a low quality staff.

I’m always dealing with Aldwin in Garhoud work shop … he is doing a great job one of the greatest workers I have ever deal with .. polite and welcoming, updates me keep in touch even one day after the service

I was so disappointed w the sales staff who couldn't be bothered to show me any car they had. It seemed he was v happy w his own performance and didn't wish to sell anything.
