Horrible customer service I approach there service center just to get my Range Rover service book stamped, One V rude guy called 'Zubair ' refused and said it can't be done now it must be only when you do the service he didn't even check if there was any service done.
V Rude, Disrespectful. They charge a lot of money for service and when you go for a small request all you get is a rude reply.
Range Rover what a shame, if I go to Toyota or Hyundai showroom I get better reply.
What a shame I will. Never step in there again.

I’m trying to buy a car for 2 years now and every time the answer is to wait they don’t even let me choose and pay for a down payment? and they don’t have answers & not helping at all.

Horrible place to service your car. Bought a contract for 9k aed for 3 services and they said contract expired. They overcharge you. You can get same work elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.

The worst experience of buying a car I’ve ever been through, lack of communication from the sales advisor, I feel he is the customer and I’m the advisor.

If you know someone inside or from the management, your car will be prioritized. But If you are regular customer (like me) keep waiting until further notice.

It’s my first ( hope it’s my last ) experience

I’m totally dissatisfied

It's difficult to access this place. I seem to always be fobbed off. Their triage system for new patients is disgraceful. 3 referrals over 5 years and not one landed me with the right Neuro expert. This just kept leading to me waiting for them to investigate or poor GP to refer again. Sat with first Neuro Dr and after seeing him twice he said "I'm the wrong man for you". Then we wrote over something really simple and obvious which I'd been seen for before. They had a consultant ring me who is unrelated to anything I needed. It was clear he was pretty miffed his time was wasted and mine. If the £160 per clinic visit is legit then this trust must lose a fortune, or waste a fortune, purely by their own terrible triage. Pals teams at hospitals are worth their weight in gold. Walton have a great set of PALS operators. However, even pre pandemic you have to mither to get response. I've an outstanding issue with them totalling over a year without one reply to concern. I think we ended up seeking result elsewhere at cost of further fitness deterioration. The Trust seems disconnected, communication wise, at the most critical common and simplest points. As mentioned - new referral triage is shameful. Never experienced anything of the kind with other trusts.

Parking. If you want us to use that multistorey you need to put on a shuttle. Disabled, even with wheelchairs, are lucky to survive that ridiculous trip for an outpatient appointment lasting 5 to 10 minutes. And why is there so many different rules for every bit of parking area. Sid Watkins Building looks like anpr but main build looks pay and display but no sign to inform us what to do if machines are out of order. This took us 15 minutes alone to find someone to learn "just don't pay today".

Clinic Appointments:
This obsession with seeing people is a recent crazy thing. For the chronically ill - why do you need to drag someone miles across the country when you've got scan results it's just another 6mthly "how're things"? PLEASE use some commonsense. Feel free to offer face to face but my last appointment felt very much a waste of everyone's time. Spent longer sat in waiting room.

My boyfriend is there right now. The quality of care is exceptional, the doctors and nurses are so polite and understanding, they also are very knowledgeable. My Krystian is in Caton ward, which almost feels like home.
Minus for the guy in main reception, he has no idea what's going on and not helpful at all.

Attended with hubby 6th/04/2023 for a 2-30 appointment Sherrington day ward for lumbar puncture , parking has always been an issue here but won't let parking issues dampen the care you receive here . Appointment was on time seen registrar for assessments then straight in for procedure , the two nurses were fantastic Emma and Jan took great care, put husband at ease from the second they took over him , we are extremely grateful to you nurses , thankyou for relieving the anxieties and your dedication to nursing . X white coat syndrome Steve . X blood pressure back to normal nurse Jan .

If I could give this Hospital and Consultant zero stars I would. Been attending this hospital for many years. Since being transferred to a Consultant appointments have been very random, now I am being ignored. I am left to suffer with the condition I was diagnosed with. The last time I saw the Consultant, he was rude, flippant in manner and to say the least very uncaring. I am praying for the day he retires, then things may improve. Centre of Excellence it is not.

Had a crainiotomy for epilepsy last April and it was the worst decision I ever made. Had to fight to get aftercare they doctors lied to me and now my surgeon refuses to see me even though I am 100% worse than before surgery, I am in so much pain with my wound the surgeon says he can't do anymore for me. I feel ill 24/7 since the surgery, can't speak to the nurses as my case is complex. I am still in the same position with my epilepsy only now I don't have a quality of life. The surgeon won't listen to anything I have to say if I don't get a appointment within the next 2 weeks I will be suing the hospital for medical negligence. My neurologist has been fantastic and listened to me. I got confirmed today that I still have epilepsy but the surgeon refuses to believe it. Please get a second opinion before this surgeon operates. I did afterwards and I was told I didn't need the surgery but I was told by the team I would have 12 months to live or be condined to a wheelchair as my body would shut down. I would hate this to happen to anyone else

My initial appointment with Mr Yousaf in August went well and I was told my 4mm aneurysm needed coiling or stenting as I had a 10% chance of a rupture which would increase year on year. So I got my date of 16th December which was cancelled with 4 days to go. Re-arranged for the 30th December and I travelled 1.5hrs from home to be there for 7am, I was admitted to Jefferson Ward and waited 7.5 hrs to be told it was cancelled. I travelled back home. New date for surgery was the 13th January but I was to be admitted on the 12th so I could be given anti-coagulants. I arrived on Dott ward at 4:30pm but didn’t receive my anti-coagulants until 09:50 the next morning! Finally taken down to theatre at 1pm, put under anaesthetic and when I was brought round I was told my aneurysm had shrunk so they hadn’t treated it but the surgeon did say it could still pose a threat by re-filling or it could heal itself. It’s 50/50. I was taken back to Dott ward where I had to lie flat for 4 hours+ and during that time a meal was delivered to my table which was curry & rice. I asked if I could sit up and eat it and was told I’d have to eat it lying down! Ridiculous! Eventually at 10pm someone made me beans on toast and gave me a yogurt which was 4 days out of date!
I was kept in for 3 nights in total and on my 3rd night I was woken up from a deep sleep at 2am to tell me I was being moved to a different bay! I’d just got back to sleep after being moved and then I was woken up some 2 hrs later to have my BP taken! I could’ve cried. All in all not a very good experience at all

Went in 19.05.23 for spine compression surgery, i couldnt of asked for better care, the nurses on jefferson ward espically laura(i think that was her name, she makes whale noises????) was fanastic and deserves a gold medal, she knew how scared i was, and tried to relax me all day,
and then my surgeon dr maggie lee was just so compassionate and careing, she talked me threw everything ever step of the way, i came home the next day, my whole experience with nurses and surgeon was amazing, thank you for putting me at ease i will be forever grateful.
