I have a rang rover Evoqe . Every time I got appointment they serve me very well.
Plus they clean the car when they want to deliver to you . I really enjoy free drop off services to my location and of course completely coffee at show room.

Under-staffed, uninterested. I recently went in with high interest to get a land rover new defender, but probably i dressed too casually no one cared. So bye bye LR. I went to the Lincoln shop next door when the sales team was so kind, warm and gave me a test drive on the spot.

I had really bad experience on service last time with my car. It took 4 workdays just to identify issue with car's AC. Agent was very unresponsive, I had to call almost everyday to get an update.

Used Al Tayer for the 1st time and the Silver Service Contract from the previous owner. Shoddy experience from beginning to end. It took over a week for someone to contact me back to get an appt booked. I dropped the car off at the arranged time at 8am on Thursday I was informed it would be days before I got my car back as their weekend is Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, despite repeated communications from me I was told that Saturdays and Sundays are for emergencies only and that someone would get back to me!!!!! Is this a joke? No one came back without me calling them. When I arrived in Monday evening I was given a 935 aed bill for diagnosing issues as I was not willing to commit to the 15k suggested work. When I complained I was told this was policy however this was never discussed with me beforehand. I was asked if there were issues, i was never told that I would pay for investigating those issues.
Do yourself a favour and do not buy a service contract with Al Tayer, its Mickey Mouse. Better go to one of the other approved garages.
So disappointed in such scamming poor customer service from a highline brand. There staff not caring less makes it even worse.

So professional and welcoming team, My experience with every one there was amazing starting with the Recipient's and the service advisor till the Managers team, It was a pleasure to meet the GM Mr. Mewan. Now I understand why The Range Rover is so success in all UAE.

Excellent service, good staff, lovely facility, nice location. However, they should provide return transport for guests via taxi vouchers or car shuttle.
