They will tell you to come at 8pm, the boat will not even move until 9. Dont trust the food menu they provide to you. The food quality was worse. Smelly and tribally bad and they never refill the fairly edible dishes.
Please look out for another cruise options there are atlot in marine .. but never ever board on alwasl.

Most horrible night in my entire life. In the name of cruise it's a shipwreck(checkout the pictures). Worst management staff and owner. This shipwreck is even having thousands of leakage, seemed like that we've came to Niagara Falls instead of a Cruise. The food was extremely bad, better to stay hungry instead of eating this food. DO NOT BOOK AL WASL DHOW. It might be the cheapest but the the price and quality does not match at all.

Very poor service....
Food is not upto mark....
Waste of money and time....
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ..

AC was not working..
No proper booking system... Booked in upper deck but given seats on lower ...

The cruise experience was comfortable with exemplary customer service. We thoroughly enjoyed our boat ride with some spectacular views of Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. I would definitely suggest Al Wasl Dhow Cruise for anyone looking for a cruise experience in Dubai.Ample parking space is available

One of the best dhow ride. Amazing views of marina. Tasty food, friendly staff and timely departure and arrival of the dhow.

Tip: Reach early to get the good pics before place gets crowded.

The cruise is good with good facilities. The food is not that great. Need to improve a lot on that front in terms of taste, quality, variety etc. The dance show and puppet show is very nice. The guy he killed it. The AC needs to check and serviced as the cooling was very bad. The top floor is very good and provides great view. Overall I liked it as it was first time but unless the food quality is improved may not come back again and recommendation to other will also be a bit difficult as food is main what people look for. The team is very helpful and supportive.

Super racist group. All the white folks were seated separately and all Indians and other darker folks were seated separately in the same floor. White folks were asked to eat first. Food was terrible. Post the dinner, the hostess came and danced with an old white uncle from the white area and then asked some girls from turkey to dance and played their traditional songs. Nobody asked the darker folks anything. Absolute terrible experience. Not expected in Dubai.
