The delivery team, especially Shibu and Area supervisor Aneesh is friendly , Co operative ,helpful and always takes great care of customer needs very well.... The water quality is good. I'm thoroughly impressed by their customer service. They are reasonably priced, prompt and consistent. Specially happy with my delivery coordinator Mohamed Korama. He regularly checks a day before delivery if I need the water cans and had been proactive when I had to renew my coupon booklet. Definitely recommend.

I’m really happy and satisfied with Al Wasl water. Been dealing with Aifa in terms of water vouchers purchasing. A big thank you to the delivery guy, I never had a chance to get his name. He is very professional, and on time. We live in JVC and the water delivery has been consistent since we purchase from them.
