Worst experience I had today at 5.50pm. I asked for green tea then counter guy gave tea with used cup. I requested him to change the cup then he refused and told get out from here. Then I went to cash counter , and told them the matter. Even they refused to check camera and they told we don't have green tea , go from here.
Worst hotel in Al quoz 2. I will never ever visit again

Unhygienic staff. Waiting for long time after ordering food. Ordered Mutton Biriyani and it was not cooked. Mutton tasted raw. Meals were ordered and the waiter was serving food without gloves nor was he wearing mask. He also took a long time to serve even though there was no rush. Does not even 1 Star rating. Payment at the counter we complained about the poor and horrible service. No apology from the staff or management. Worst experience ever.

I ordered special Friday sadhya which is displayed on the restaurant glass mirror front side. But delivered motta set to me. I called them and asked why its happened. They replayed we dont have Friday sadhya and the guy who took the order wrongly.
They cheat customers by placing the special Friday sadhya poster and delivering motta set.
Very bad.
