Very bad staff. The staff didn't have any manners. The shop is very near my office but still, if we order anything it will take more than 1 hour to deliver and also they will not pick up the phone after we order. The day before yesterday I called them 7 or 8 times. The delivery boy and call attending guy's behavior is like we are getting food for free. Today I called them for breakfast then the call-attending guy told me that we will deliver within 1 pm. What is this I called them at 11 but they are saying 1 pm, and he also said he will deliver if we have any orders in that area. If he says this well, I can accept that, but the guy's attitude and talking tone are very bad. I will never order from that restaurant again. The food tastes good. but that is not a complete way for a restaurant.. if there is no customer service then there is no use for good food.

I visit this place in randomly now is my one of the best place in my lost. Teasty foods is available here. I like the mutton gravy it's my favourite also Tea is one of my most favourite drink in here. whenever I cross this place I didn't miss tea. All the Indian food available here basically this place is South Indian restaurant. Must vistable place in uae.

I was a regular customer of this restaurant despite its food quality being below average as there is no other restaurant in my vicinity. But recently I had extremely poor service experience as well with these people. I placed an order and after a while I called them back to modify the items but they did not pick my call. Then during delivery I tried to request them to take one of the items back and be a little flexible with their regular customers. It was a mere request. Which they could have simple rejected with a 'no'. But to my surprise, the person over the call simply told me that I shall return entire food back to the delivery man and that they do not wish to give me any food. It is astonishing how they respond to simple requests and treat their customers.

Extremely bad tone, language and service. Total thumbs down.

Clean & Neat with ample space. Food is really nice and staff takes care of each customer needs promptly. Loved the food.
