First of all, don’t delete my reviews as they are 100 percent honest. Second of all, your food is appalling quality and almost my entire school hates it. Everything you see in these pictures has been served in my schools canteen. The pictures say it all! DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD!

They are currently catering services provider in GEMS founder school.

I have topped up my son's slice card with 100 AED but they refused to serve my son food saying there's no balance. When I knocked them, didn't receive any response.

Later again my son was refused by them saying there's no balance twice. When I threatened them that I'll raise it to Dubai consumer rights, they responded with shocking information.
Though they are refusing my son serving food, they are charging slice card with random food item.

100 AED is nothing but you can't continue fraudulent activity keeping kids hungry.

I have raised a case to Dubai consumer rights and will meet school principal. I will sue this company. You simply can't do such thing with kids

The food tastes so bad. I am a student of our own english high school Alain the catering is very bad its more like a scam the prices are so high while the quality of the food is low the school and catering are scamming the students for money only

Their food is of the poorest of the poor in quality. Food is never fresh. Prices are extremely high. And their some items like ALOO PARATHA is for name sake where you won't find any potatoe stuffed inside the paratha. A student from Our Own High School (Boys)

No direct contact telephone number on their website. You top up online and the credit doesnt reflect. My son is not happy with the menu options provided at his school and prefers the previous catering company before the school decided to change to these guys. Telephone number google provides is always engaged.

The food tastes disgusting, I once bought a salad at it had a rotten tomato in it. PLEASE, either change the quality of your food or leave the school☹️
