I keep going back to Aldo as they have quirkiest affordable collection. I love the colours and designs they have for bags and heels. They also have crazy discounts at times. Miss Umut is very helpful in Dubai mall branch nd she made my shopping experience much easier. Highly recommended for accessories bags sunglasses and heels.

Absolutely poor service and quality of shoes. Bought a sandal there and it hurt my feet so bad, that it cut deeply into my flesh. I tried to complain but there was no concession. No return, no discount, nothing. The "manager" promised to call but neither returned our call nor has he ever called back. I am not used to such a poor customer service and I am deeply disappointed. I also need to see a doctor, because both toes are badly injured. Thanks Aldo Dubai

I bought a pair of espadrillas and after only ~5 times of wear there was a HOLE! Tells a lot about the quality of their shoes.
I found time to come back to the store, but was provided with zero assistance and no resolution at all. I brought the shoes, showed exactly what happened, but all they did was took some pictures, sent them to the manager on whatsapp and told me that the manager was not there (why?.. during the working hours) and he will contact me to resolve the issue and that I cannot keep the defective shoes there, so I had to take them with me (again - why? There’s no use for them, I need a refund, or, at the very least, replacement). My time there was completely wasted.
It has now been two full working days since my visit to the store - and NOBODY contacted me! No resolution, complete disregard to the client’s time and their own product low quality.
Do not shop with them, both the quality of the product and the “professionalism” of the staff are awful.
This company clearly has no brand dignity and does not care about their customers.

for god sake never order online they are money lotters frauds much worst than instagram sellers...i ordered for 3 item and i only received 2 and there is no news for the third one. They do not have any number and even if you contact Apparel Group under which ALDO is registered they would just wash off their hands stating they do not have any idea. The Customer care might respond for 1 email of yours out of 10 as per their mood and they wont reply straight to the point rather they will put all the blame over the courier company. I lost my money ...!!

Never buy from Aldo online because you never know when they will cancel the item without informing you and the worst thing is that if you want return anything, you will suffer a lot and they will never help you as they don’t have call center to assist. I requested return for 2 of my items and its being almost 10 days the item still not picked up and they are not answering the email. Believe me you will suffer a lot if you order online so be aware plz.
All this thing make me realize that they are forcing to keep the item and your money is gone. Now I am afraid that if anyhow they pull back the item but refund will not be processed because it seems like they are cheater. Same thing happened with me twice and one of my friend is also facing same issue.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..I ORDER ONLINE TILL NOW I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER.. TRACKING STATUS USELESS AND NON SENSE..THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST I WILL ORDER FOR THIS COMPANY!!
