Went on 26/01/2022 at 3 pm. The staff is least bothered with helping you. They’re just chatting amongst themselves and avoiding eye contact. I don’t know why retail stores hire introverts as staff if they’re just going to avoid customers.

They woudn't give us a refund because the item was on sale, only there were no indication on the receipt or in the store that they had a sale. Apparently all of dubai mall had seasonal sale so they counted that as them having a sale... what a SCAM. Truly a TERRIBLE experience.
