I started at ALH Properties as a Property Consultant earlier this month and it was my first sales job after graduating university.

My experience has been fantastic.

I was told what to expect as a real estate agent in Dubai in the interview stage by the management team. They were friendly , straight to the point, happy to offer help with anything and everything.

The one week training by Head of Sales and Leasing , was informative , practical and filled with exercises that got us out of the office and truly learning about Dubai Real Estate market firsthand.

Starting on the sales floor was quite intimidating but easily became natural with the fun and supportive atmosphere and close relationships between the sales team, admin and management.

I would highly recommend as a great place to start you career in Dubai Real estate.

My agent was Mr Mohit. A highly motivated individual who isn’t pushy and sales/commission-oriented. He understands and works towards the common goal of the clients’ personal needs which is rare in the property market in Dubai. An easygoing and pleasant individual who is with you all the way even after his duty is done. He goes the extra mile and I will definitely refer him to my friends when the time comes.

I had THE best experience with Kiewiet from ALH. It started off with scouting the right property followed by the due diligence and advice on the entire rental process as I was new to Dubai. I felt so pampered and taken care of! He went above and beyond to make sure to answer my calls ALL the time! The contracting was smooth and so was the key handover, to which he was present at all times. I’ve dealt with a ton of real estate agents in Dubai and elsewhere in the world and I testify that Kiewiet is by far the best agent I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I wish they had more than 5 stars because it was the best experience ever. Very highly recommended for anyone who is very picky and requires the utmost details when it comes to finding a place and settling in without any headaches!

I worked with Derya for my first off-plan purchase in UAE. She works independently, and not tied to one builder, is very knowledgeable about real estate and investment products, always reachable, friendly and reliable. If you are like me and have limited knowledge of the local market, short on time, and need a dependable, unbiased guidance, she's your go to person!

Over the past few 16 years we have dealt with lots of Agents in Dubai but Michael was one of the best agents I’ve ever seen. His so smart,honest and hardworking person and he got the best deal for us , I highly recommend him to everyone. And definitely I would like to work with him again .
