When we first stumbled upon this flat on , it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.Rafiullah was the most thoughtful, gracious host.He helped me either to find a rental car in a great price!!

He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.Pool with amazing view !

Thank you for this beautiful vocation!

Extremely satisfied with the experience. Ahmed was excellent, providing timely and professional communication throughout the booking process. The holiday home was exceptionally clean and exactly as advertised, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Ahmed's responsiveness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking rental properties in the area. Overall, I give Ahmed and the holiday home a 5-star rating and would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.

Beyond expectations, super clean apartment in Farhad Azizi, Al Jadaff and Abdullah what a great guy and great host super helpful and super welcoming came to check me in on his off day.

I’ve stayed in 151 residence Jumeirah garden , 1 bedroom apartment for 3 months .
It’s a very good building, brand new clean , quiet and the security are really nice and helpful . Feels like home and very affordable

Great experience with ALH! Kudos to Rafiullah for his attitude and professionalism. The apartment was great as well, all you might need is included. The check in and check out process was super smooth and easy unlike other agencies I had experience in past. Highly recommended!

Me and my friends had a great time! The place is great with a beautiful view to the marina. It was very easy to access the Marina Walk directly from the building where you can find nice restaurants with friendly people everywhere.
The JBR beach area is also just a a short walk away.
From the beginning Rafiullah was taking good care of us. Since I am in a wheelchair I had some special requests and Raf was just without even a question magically taking care of everything and just made it happen. The kindness and amount of effort he put in to set up everything for us was unbelievable and made us right away feel like we are at a family home.

I have stayed with ALH Vacation homes in Dubai for 4 month
This was my 5th apartment in Dubai for a midterm rent and the best experience

1) the apartment was renovated with basic but nice furniture and appliences
2) location was awesome
3) communication with the team (Ebony and Matthew) was very pleasant. They were open to negotiate about the price, helped to organize cleaning service, helped with documents, etc.
4) good maintenance team. They helped to fix issues with shower, with AC. Actually if you have emergency they come fast and really try to help.

Of course during the stay we had issues like leaking AC or noisy neighbours but the ALH Vacation team did their best to solve them.

To sum up - this is a good agency with high quality apartments, fair prices and good service.

We had such a great time staying with ALH. Special mention to Abdullah Alhelwani for being so helpful & making our stay very comfortable! Will definitely book with ALH again.
