We have been ordering food from Allo Beirut for the past few months and the food is good - nothing fantastic but not bad either.

Recently, however, I decided to order breakfast from this place and was quite disappointed. I love well-made Arabic (particularly Lebanese) breakfast and hence was looking forward. The foul that they served was rather insipid.

Verdict: Recommended but keep looking out for other options as well.

As loyal customers for over four years, my friends and I have always cherished our dining experiences at Allo Beirut, but recently, we have noticed a significant decline in both the food and the service.

One of the key issues we have encountered on multiple occasions is the serving of cold fries. It is disheartening to have experienced this problem not just once, but on four separate occasions. Cold fries are simply unacceptable, especially considering our long-standing patronage. Additionally, when we approached your staff to rectify the issue during one visit, we were presented with overly salty fries as a replacement. This level of inconsistency in the quality of food is deeply concerning.

Moreover, during our most recent visit, the delivery of our order was highly unsatisfactory. The manakish was served promptly but was disappointingly cold. The lack of attention to temperature during food preparation is distressing and directly affects our enjoyment of the meal. Furthermore, to our surprise, the salad was brought to our table after we had already finished our main dishes. This delay in serving the salad disrupts the flow of the meal and leaves a negative impression on the overall dining experience.

As longtime patrons, we have always appreciated the delicious food and the impeccable service we received at Allo Beirut. However, the recurring incidents we have encountered recently have left us feeling disappointed and concerned. We kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify these issues and restore the high standards we have come to expect from your establishment.
In addition to the declining food quality and poor service, we have observed what appears to be preferential treatment towards Arab customers over non-Arab customers. We believe in equal treatment and fairness for all customers, regardless of their ethnicity or background. It is disconcerting to feel that our dining experiences may have been influenced by discriminatory practices.
It is my hope that you will investigate these matters thoroughly and implement the necessary improvements to ensure the prompt serving of hot and fresh food, as well as efficient and attentive service. We would love to continue our patronage at Allo Beirut, but we need to be assured that these problems will be adequately addressed.

We enjoyed our dinner in Allo Beirut. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Food is also delicious and quickly served. I loved the decoration, music and vibe! Prices are also correct. Totally recommend!

Perfect place to get your friends for a breakfast or brunch! Super friendly and warm staff and I only had the shakshouka, but it's easily the best breakfast meal I had in Dubai. Lots of parking, space is good for small groups or couples. Definitely gave me diner vibes.

Visited them on 15/07/2023 with family . Ordered the below .

1 Shawarma was very average.
2 zatar and cheese manakish was good .
3 fastosh was totally disappointing.
4 ice cream was for 12 aed and it was good .

The place is very noisy with people . Since it's always crowded. I may say its its 24 hours this has a plus point other then that it's just a basic place to have arabic food .

Ordered the half grilled chicken (damn tasty...probably the best i have eaten)...hummus ( really good). The complimentary bread given on the table is very average though. The atmosphere is a bit noisy.

Courteous staff and excellent service. The food was authentic and quantities were very filling. The meat and bread were soft and the flavors commendable. I had the street food vibes.

Asked for a bag for life and man said they didnt have any but did have these £1 bags. If your going to lie to steal money from people for a petit sales target then best remove them from under the counter for all to see. This happened Sat 14th May 13:45. Times are tough and your customers are in your shop for a reason. We dont need companies like yours trying to take money from us.

Doesn't even deserve a 1.had items brought from b and m at bottom of pram. At checkout was asked if i was paying for these items. I said they were from b and m. Even had their logo on it. Never been so embarrassed or humiliated in my life taking up with head office

Poundland in the Telford Shopping Centre is a really economic way of shopping for those everyday needs. For example my wife uses fairy washing up liquid, the blue option, from Amazon £10 for three small bottles, three large bottles from Poundland £6. Obviously savings vary depending on products but I have found Poundland is well worth a visit.

Shelves need cleaning like the rest of the shop. Lady at checkout was rushing around on her own. She deserves a big pay rise.

The Poundland seems to be allways stocked with product and we'll organized.

Some very good items can be found in Poundland at bargain prices. Could do with more Till Assistants working the tills as the self service tills are always going wrong and you have to wait for an assistant to clear the problem. Would be much quicker with more Till Assistants to get the queues through quicker.
