This is the second time I visit this restaurant, they got a really wide selection of Lebanese traditional food, with raw meat, sandwiches, sharing dishes and grills.
Service is quite fast and accurate, they got enough employees to even cater to their drive-through.
Food is excellent, the place is clean and their prices are very fair.

Delicious Lebanese cuisine.
Rather tender and flavourful grill platter. Ne sure to add on a few skewers of lamb 'leia' (fats) to pair with the meats for added decadence and richness together with their quality 'toum' (garlic sauce) that they make in-house.
Their chicken/lamb liver comes in Two flavours, one with lemon and garlic, and the other with pomegranate molasses(this one is the best). Be sure to specify which one you prefer.
I really liked the 'Fattoush' salad here, as the crisps and zesty vinaigrette make the salad refreshing and quite addictive. May be too sour for some people, but I find the tanginess endearing.
Their sujuk platter comes with a generous serving, and is delicious as well.
The onion soup here is not the french style, know what to expect. It is creamy and rich, albeit a tad too sweet for my liking.
Overall, Baalbak provides an enjoyable lebanese meal for reasonable pricing. Good ambience in the restaurant as well, with friendly servers.

The place is clean and neat, all the staff are amazing and friendly, I ordered chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, and sujuk shawarma. Unfortunately the chicken shawarma was little under average, the beef shawarma was not good at all, but the sujuk shawarma was really good. This place has a good potential to be a much better place because of its cleanliness and very friendly staff, but the taste should be improved and the place will be much more better.

I recently had the chance to visit the Qalat Baalbak restaurant, and I want to share my experience with you. The food there is absolutely delicious, especially their beef shawarma. It's so juicy and flavorful. I also tried their chicken charcoal plate, and it was cooked perfectly with a fantastic taste. I heard they are known for their amazing kibbeh, so I'll definitely try that next time. Despite being very busy, the service was fast and efficient. It's a great place to go with friends or family for a gathering. I highly recommend it, as they never disappoint you.

Nicely presented and easily found on the main road.
Thé staff were friendly and greeted us very warmly.

The food was delicious, but even though it was late afternoon, they run out of few popular dishes.
The fresh juice counter was an extra bonus, all the juices were made from fresh fruits, and tasted absolutely delicious.

Will definitely eat there again, and also this place will be added to my favourites list.

This place is good for a family dine in. They have authentic Lebanon food. Taste is more over same however good destination for a try! Restaurants at Hessa street have a crowded parking lot at the front side. However there is enough place to park at the backside of these restaurants.
