A bit too far from city, unmarked roads, google maps not set up, it was a 45mins waste of time to locate the place.
That said, the staff was exceptionally helpful, cooperative and kind, perhaps they know what a customer may have gone through finding the location thats why the start with sympathising with the customers

The team were very helpful from dropping off my car to sorting me a lift, they repaired the car very quickly and went the extra mile with the detailing, would highly recommend

They think everyone is clueless about their cars, I asked for repair cost for my car,I provided them with everything about the car even the replacement I have it with me which’s a main car body part, then told me you have to bring the car here that far to DIC for inspection and pay 500, why I would I pay for something I already I know, inspection and estimation must be free of charges, you can’t be that kind of hustler.

This place is 33km from Dubai marina.. The middle of nowhere! However the place is amazing. Really high level service centre. A taxi reversed into our car so we had to take it to be fixed. The agent, Jay, was unbelievable. Apart from being welcoming he gave me a tour of the facility and told me all about what they are doing and records they hold. I've owned luxury cars in the past and what he did out of love for his job bettered anything else I've experienced. Also got ride back to the metro station. Great work Al Nabooda and VW Group. Very impressed

Couldn't fix a small dent without paint, the nice thing is they referred me to a 3rd party shop who could do it...
