A great service. Booking wasn’t easy through app as the payment system wasn’t working but once I phoned it was easy. Saleem did a great service and worked professionally and efficiently with the job going a lot quicker than planned. Definitely recommend doing it. Simple, easy and amazing value for money.

The best and easy car service at your doorstep. Very professional service and special mention to Saleem who was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Oil & filter change, all fluids top-ups General checkup everything done within 1 hour. Highly recommend!!

The worst service experience I've ever encountered! It was a complete opposite of the car service I had two years ago. What was supposed to be a simple car service turned into a nightmare with a wrong battery change and a frustrating 7-day experience before I could get my car back. The app they provided didn't work, and the company kept making promises they couldn't keep, almost on a daily basis.

I seriously started considering involving the police as they refused to release my car even after I explicitly stated that I no longer wanted their service and am ready to pay to whatever work they have already done. This whole ordeal caused me so much inconvenience, including having to stay back on a family trip just to deal with the car renewal because I had no one else to take care of it.

I strongly advise against using their services to anyone.

I wish there should b a option to give no star

So the story starts with my mistake .
I booked serviceMyCar Major on monday 5th June, service for 399 +tax u003d420 they took my car on next day. And delivered me the car on 7th which was ready mentioned

My mistake was, that i Booked without reviewing the reviews. So after handover my car to the logistics team i then search about the reviews and found that i already made a mistake.

After all that I was wishing that everything go code.

They send me a video and inspection report on the same day in evening which was showed to me critical issue. Next day the sent me quotation and the quotation was approx 12K i didn’t took any screenshot of that so i am not sure the exact amount. Because when i saw that i immediately shock ed and rejected. After that they delivered the car to me.

After unloading i saw that the car was not even washed i told then that they even washed the tires. Even they didn’t used the proper air pressure to removed the sands or dust even from inside or outside. I complained about it they asked me about the picture and video. I sent them , which are already uploaded here.

Today i went to a mechanic with a reference to find out this critical issues.
He told me this are not critical you can drive they are without any issue but is you want to fixed them it will cost you around 2800. - 3000. Most of the issue are bushing issues and linker issue. And he inspected without any charges.

Then i saw a email from ServiceMyCar for my complaint offering me a free wash on their wear houses on al quoz so they want me for a 30aed service i drive my car to al qouz.

I am worried about the other services they did so now i am very much doubtful on oil change and other fluid they changed . There were 3 major services in this package one . Oil change and second wash and clean third inspection.

1. Oil change - doubtful
2. Clean and wash - failed
3. Inspection - very very high quote.

Overall bad bad bad experience.
Suggestion. Goto a reliable mechanic to inspection. Change oil from any petrol pump. And wash or clean the car from any mall for 25 Aed and give extra 10 for interior cleaning it will also help them

Save money save time and do not be scam from them.

If any authority is reading this please do a legal inspection of this company that they are doing a proper scam with the customers

I had a fantastic experience at "Service My Car"! The service advisor was extremely helpful, providing the best advice that helped me prioritize necessary repairs. Plus, their prices were 10% cheaper than other local centers, which was impressive. Highly recommended for top-notch service and affordability!

5-star service. The recovery team collected the car from my office as per the scheduled time and returned it the same day.
The mechanical advisor Nadeem was very efficient as well. Gave a detailed vehicle assessment report with their recommendations for the repair work. Will use this service next time as well.????????

Again found another blunder these guys did with the service on my car in December 22. This was to replace the front lower arm assemblies. Right one was fixed with wrong left arm assembly. This is a serious mistake also a safety concern that would have identified by their quality control. Made a complain and awaiting a response to see what excuse they would give this time. This is my fifth complain I guess and almost everything they did caused me some sort of a trouble.

It’s an ironic I have to update this review just short an year after, taking a 360 turn. Last service did to my vehicle was identified as faulty during a routine checkup at Toyota. Reached out to Service My Car with a complaint, I was asked to pay even the previous repair was still under warranty. After a long discussion they agreed to fix it with partial payment. However, the whole story after that became a complete disaster. Low quality work, some overpriced quotes and telling lies to me to cover up their mistakes changed my previous perception about this company. Still my car is having the same problem and an additional issue created by them. I will not even go near this place again. Not even deserve a single star.

Prompt and courteous first class professional car service. I am really happy about the overall experience of the very first service I got for my car. Prices are reasonable and work is top notch. Service Advisor Mr. Sajjad was excellent doing follow up and keeping me updated throughout the service completion. Wonderful customer experience that hard to find these days. Highly recommend.

Honest, reliable, professional service with friendly & knowledgeable staff. They do a great job keeping my commercial fleet up and running. My vehicle Dodge Charger serviced at their facility in the last month (radiator replaced, transmission filter and fluid service and plug wires/plug replacement). Both times quality work was performed in a timely manner and with a reasonable cost. Diagnosis and repairs are completed in a timely manner and pricing is fair. I highly recommend "Service My Car" Qatar.
