Excellent Hotel, was there last week! For 7 nights.. full board. Lovely different choices on food! You must try the Mexican restaurant on the top floor, it's fantastic! Really enjoyed our stay! Spotlessly clean. And the private beach, is excellent too! Only one small problem, the hotel, is situated right at the end of the palm, so taxis, ubers, are a little more expensive into the city, but overall it can not be faulted! Loved it.

Nice hotel located on the palm.

The pool is facing the road and is perfect for the morning. The beach is faxing inside the palm then it is amazing to watch the sun goes down.

The room are very nice and with everything you need.

The breakfast was very yummy

Very good hotel. Had an amazing room with Burj AlArab and pool view with good size balcony. Kind and helpful staff. Very good room service. Breakfast buffet with many varieties, live omelette station, plenty fruits and warm dishes and cheeses, loved it. Mexican restaurant on top floor with good peach Margarita, and nachos and a beautiful view. Pool water is nicely chilled in summer, unlike other hotels where the water is just OK. Private beach across the street, with a bar and showers, although the water is too warm to stay in for long in summer, however there is a nice breeze by the sea. Loved it all!

There is nothing extra awesome but decent experience while checking in. The breakfast was simple and average as well may be 8-10 min hot dishes except the salad and bread section. But they were changing the items, so that was a good thing.
The staffs at the pool and bar were well trained and humble and they did offer some discounts. You need to cross the road to reach the private beach and the biggest let off was there were no wheel chair accessible entrances. Every time we were going to the beach, we literally had to lift the baby stroller and walk over the stairs.
The room service was good and promptly attended to our requests..overall a good family staycation experience, but there are room for improvements.

We spent the weekend here at Aloft and we had so much fun ❤️ place was great, peaceful and very beautiful. Also the staffs were very accommodating! I would like to commend Mr Silvester and Mr Bong who assisted us with everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️ also the Bar guy Dashan, he’s very friendly!! ???? overall, everything was nice and smooth! We’ll definitely come back here! ????

Very nice rooms, nice sea views and balcony. Extremely friendly staff. Nice pool. The beach for the area is pretty good, 1 min walk from the hotel. For 4*, a very good quality price ratio.

My friends and I spent the weekend here and I didn't expect it to be so much fun!!! Everything was so convenient because the staff were always helpful and accommodating.
When we were at the beach, Silvester was always on his feet to make sure everything we need is taken care of. What a friendly guy as well!!! Refreshments didn't disappoint too. The bar guy Darshan was soooo attentive. Even the place was busy, he made sure to accommodate us even we have multiple requests.
Ms. Christine was so helpful as well at the pool and on our food orders. We're just so thankful to the staff for taking care of us. We had enjoyed extra because of their great service!!! Really appreciate it! You guys are awesome!
Overall, we would come back soon. I loved the place and the beach is perfect to have some quality time with friends and a place of relaxation.

Had such a great time at this hotel ! The staffs were super friendly and assisted us well. Special thanks to Alex,Kapoor and Ranjana for making it a memorable day ! Will definitely come again mainly bcuz of the comfortable atmosphere and caring staff ????
