Revive was a fantastic experience... So far, it's the best I've tried. On-time residential service provided by a highly professional and well-managed company. I absolutely loved my Balinese massage and have been using Revive since then. My skin looks and feels great after the Purity Revival facial. The therapists are courteous and adjust the pressure as needed throughout the massage. The service included candles and music, and the atmosphere was quite relaxing.

My experience came from their home service. The staffs were somewhat friendly but their service isn't worth the price they offer . Unprofessional, un sanitized tools and towels. Above it all their creams looked expired as my skin started to itch from it.

The staff at the counter was missing for almost 5 mins and someone when came to the counter had so sense of Apology in fact they had no Clue and the desk was very untidy…. Sorry For a place like Aloft Palm I will never suggest this kind of Wellness brand. We came actually for relaxation…

Very nice ambiance. I needed post-operative massages after my knee surgery and the therapists were simply amazing and eased the pain. Will be coming back very soon!

Guys kindly be cautious if your going to work for this spa as it is unlikely that you will get paid according to the offer letter you signed. Most of the staff was hired for a specific job role however after one month they would want to reduce the salary and offer a new offer and apparently this has been faced by a lot of people who joined there. They also keep the employees passport in their custody and give the staff a hard time if they doesn't agree and want to leave the company.

Excellent massage. Ayu was an amazing masseuse. I’ve had plenty of massages. This was one of the best. Spa is at Aloft hotel. New location. But that impressive when you walk in, location of spa in hotel is okay. But the massage was great .

Very good, the massage is very professional and relaxing, the nails lasted extremely long. Definitely will be returning!
