We recently made a purchase from Altimus and were impressed with their customer service. Len Deray personally contacted us to ensure that we ordered the correct items with the right sizes. The delivery was on time and the Filipino delivery guy was polite. We were pleasantly surprised by the chocolate and note included in our order from Altimus. The website has a very good selection of products and delivery was very prompt.

What marked out Altimus is how they dealt with a query I had. They dealt with it superbly. In fact, it was amongst the best customer service I have ever received; personal, polite and prompt. As with most products, there may be some variation in price between suppliers, but it’s worth factoring in the back-up you will receive from a company after you’ve purchased - and from my experience Altimus takes back up seriously and second to none.

We ordered a filing cabinet from Altimus after being let down by sellers elsewhere.
We checked the website then ordered over the phone. Miss Ann was very helpful.
The filing cabinet arrived this morning and has been put to use. Very happy with the cabinet and the heavy duty hanging files.
We happily recommend Altimus ????.

Our small branch required for a paper shredder and a card scanner so i searched in google for some suppliers then one of them is Altimus. They are very flexible on giving discounted prices which is one very good factor nowadays and appreciated their sales executive, Reese Torres, for having very good customer service. Her dedication to serve me is beyond expectation. I almost asked their entire list of shredders and asked her recommendation, and she gave her everything I ask. She is knowledgeable about what she sells (which is a very good factor in sales). This is the reason why I proceeded with them, rather than other quotations. Such a nice team! As for the items, they arrived perfectly without damages and arrived on time as promised. They are working perfectly so far.
