The worst experience ever and highly possible to lose thousands of dirhams if not tens of thousands of yours. They will treat you their best before you enroll at any program and once you made the payment, they do not act as they promised then they won't even respond to your communication many times even if they received it. Since a few days after making the initial payment, I didn’t feel quite right with this institution because they didn’t take any actions as they told me before the enrollment. When I contact them, they reply to me (but it takes days sometimes and I do not get any reply at all if I don’t contact them again) and postponed things many times mentioning the durations such as within a week, next month, in a few weeks, within a few days then they just keep postponing. I requested them many times to keep me updated but they never informed me no matter how long it takes if I don’t reach out and ask again (as usual, it is not straightforward or easy). I even explained them about my situation that I am spending big amount of money from my salary without even transferring that to my parents who are suffering from bad health conditions since they always say they wanted to see me graduated before they die. Even if I contacted the manager, he never acknowledged the bad conditions caused by their institution or staffs. After conversation with him, it seems like things would get sorted out but the same things happen over and over again. It wasted a lot of my precious time and made me worried for the past months since last year. I am very very unsatisfied and disappointed with them. I would like to get my money back.
