I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your establishment on 27 JULY 2023 and to bring to your attention the unhelpful behavior exhibited by the manager on duty.

I visited your premises with the expectation of receiving quality customer service. However, from the moment I entered, I encountered a series of disappointing experiences. The staff members seemed disinterested and inattentive to customers, and it was evident that they lacked the necessary training to handle inquiries effectively.

I go to Ameer Bay Avenue Mall on a regular basis to process visa or renewal documents. I frequently observe consumers complaining about personnel delays and slow mobility, which is exacerbated if no managers are present. Today, April 14, I arrived after 9 a.m. and called earlier than usual. It was a quiet operation at first, though the woman at counter 2 who was assisting me was fine.Until there is a lady come out of nowhere and sit in counter 4 (I guess) and supposed to be the counter 4 assisting her but instead the woman in counter 2 stand up and assist her, I thought it was just a simple asking for information but it took more than 5 minutes, and I excused myself and asked when she would finish mine and the woman who assisted me said "wait just one minute"...
They have no regard. Even they can see that my reaction isn't proper. First and first, I am the customer in line! Second, no one even asks, "Excuse me, Can I just assist her for a moment?" Third, I am the consumer, in line, and am in line, and I have the right to react. The customers are all waiting. And, yeah, I believe it is racism! It is fine to leave me only because the other customer who came from nowhere looks great.
I'm wondering what the point of your receiving area is if they're going to disrupt other counters like that? I'll understand if it's a one-minute query, but more than five minutes? Even counters 2 and 4 are still talking about me in Arabic. Maybe if I'm Arabic, people won't treat me like that. Even the woman accusing me of throwing the token number at her is overdone. Imagine being the consumer but being accused... LOL!

NO RESPECT!!!!

I waited 1 hour and 26 mins for my my turn with few people in line. And after getting my turn, the employee wasted evenmore time on her phone and chatting with her colleagues. Avoid this branch if possible. Other branches have many more customers but the turn around time is very good. Majority of employees are busy with their coffees and phones
