Staff is stupid. My 2 year old daughter accidentally went inside another trial room and was screaming. On asking staff to check the rooms she didn’t check one room as it was locked. On insisting she opened only to find my daughter right inside there. I don’t understand the pain it was to your staff to just open one door with key, even though no one was inside the room changing.

To add to nightmare experience there was a disgruntled cashier. There is only one cashier operating in store and no queue except for one person being billed. Staff speaks loudly to manager to switch off her cashier counter as she is tired and that too multiple times even though we are still there and understand the language in which she is talking. She looks irritated, shows it and makes experience terrible

If given a choice I would give minus 5 stars

Horrible experience, the manger there was arguing with me because i wanted to return without tags. Even though its not used and its not mentioned in receipt and when i told him it is not mentioned. He said its common sense? Who speaks like that with a customer. Rest of the staff were understandable and were trying to help me.
Please add any terms in the receipt first to avoid confusion and second to train a manager to speak properly with a customer

Worst customer service ever. I ordered an item during early April this year (AE UAE online) for which they delivered a wrong item. I returned the product at their stores and still awaiting for a response. It's more than a month now and I'm tired of providing the details and explaining the story to their customer service reps. No reply to emails, no updates on delivering the right product, no information on returning the money I spent. World class management!

Bought 4 jeans, paid for 4 jeans and found 3 in my bag when i reached home. Came back and asked about it, they said that they have opened the camera and checked and it shows that he has put 4 in total. But the guy talking yo me was super chilled and didnt even offer to compensate although i yold him im not satisfied. He didnt even care.

Very efficient, helpful and supportive staff with helping to find the dress we wanted in other locations in American eagle as the one we got from mirdiff city centre was bit damaged

It was very hot in the store , everything missed up , all the cloth up side down , no ac , no stuff on ground, tricky promtion , it was buy 2 get one free , everything was mixed up .. worst experience in mcc

Experience is excellent, and very lovable for team hoodies, sweaters, jeans and the list goes on and on,. You can visit The Dubai Mall, The battuta Mall, and mall of emirates for good brands. Those are just a jew of the outlets but we do have more, and all outlets deliver to the customers satisfaction.

One of the most disappointing experience. The staff lacks training. The products are not common in size exchange policy is not clearly mentioned. I would not recommend this store to anyone. This was the last purchase of American Eagle ever !!!
