Had gone to Mirdif City Centre Swarovski and the experience was amazing. All of their staff were really nice and kind to me and made sure that I was looked after even though the shop was getting packed with customers. Especially would like to thank Farida and Fayad at the shop who helped me and made me feel comfortable at the shop.

I would definitely suggest this Swarovski branch at MCC to everyone.

I visited today to buy a birthday gift for my wife. The staff was very helpful. I told her my budget and she showed me different items which match my budget and i ended up with a nice selections. The packing was good as well. I wish they have discount deals with Fazaa or Esaad. But nice job overall.

Looking for an option to give zero star rating..I have bought a jewelry from there and haven't received any invoice from there till date. The sales lady is so irresponsible and they don't know how to handle a customer properly. This will definitely effect the sales and the image of the concern authority

I had been to store for Buying Bracelet ,
No greetings from her or any smile on Face , she was least bothered to even ask are you looking for something or may i help you the sales lady Aisha was extremely not helpful, i asked her to redeem the voucher i Have received From my Bank , she denied to accept the voucher stating we don’t accept the any Voucher, later she is saying we don’t have such Systems to accept the voucher or i have ever did . We asked her to check with your seniors or manager
Her reply was very straightforward I can’t call my manager she have just left for the day , i asked her to call her and try but she started saying i have standing instructions not to call after working hrs . My simple question was if anything happens in store tomorrow you won’t call her no answer from her. Worst service on top of that she saying it’s closing time still I’m here to close ur deal , looks like she doing a favor on us looks like i was buying free from her & 0customer service I won’t recommend anyone this branch
Not even a sorry from her side. First time i heard like this she won’t call her seniors or Manager coz off duty wow

Ordered a pair of earrings which were broken when I opened the box. A work of caution, before accepting anything that you order online, make their staff to open it and show it to you and then ask them to pack it.
