Thank you APEX for opening your doors to accommodate us and providing these courses for aspiring Chefs/bakers like me who are pursuing our passion.

I also immensely thankful to Chef Ice Castillo for her commitment and dedication to share her baking knowledge and expertise to us, for being hands-on and patient with us, and for mothering us and treating us as one of your many children.

We are so very thankful to APEX for taking good care of our batch. We were once neglected by an institute after months of learning with them???????????? we've waited for them to let us continue our training unfortunately we were being abandoned for no reasons at all.....neverthess God has other plans for our Batch????????

APEX was introduced to us (my batch mates) during the time when we were in the midst of nowhere and had no idea if we will all graduate.

APEX provided us comfort and assistance with the assurance that we will graduate and indeed they had fulfilled their promises. They had a wonderful place to study, complete facilities and a friendly management that motivates and help our decisions to continue our studies with them.

I highly recommended APEX for their passion and dedication towards achieving everyone's dream. With their high quality teaching methods, spacious study rooms and excellent instructors( specially to sir Edmund) rest assured all you need is in APEX.????

With all the needed tools and materials that helps our life easier. Especial thanks to Chef inay Ice that really inspires me to do our best and motivate us to keep going, for all the guidance and support from A to Z, for spoiling us that make us feel like a real daughter. I really appreciate Inay Chef Ice' dedication to her work. Spending so much hours to be with us in baking class to finish our work is not a joke! I am grateful to APEX EAGLE INSTITUTE for giving us the opportunity to fulfill our dream of completing and having a Certificate as a full-fledged Baker. The facility is clean and fully equipped so AEI is highly recommended for those who want to take the Barista Course, Professional Baking Diploma and others. And there are also kind Trainer and approachable Admins they are Ms. Shiela , Ms Nette and many others. And to the one and only Chef Ice also we call her "INAY", she is very supportive and will teach all the right baking techniques. Many thanks also to Chef JOAN. God bless everyone❤️

Thank you APEX for accomodating and giving us a second home. You treated us like a family. Modest management and great teachers. One of the best instructor in Baking - Chef Ice. You taught us so many things, thank you for guiding us all through our journey. It was indeed an awesome experience. ????

On my first day at Apex, I'm still adjusting to everything, but trust me, after a week, I'll see my improvement as a Baker . Thank you, Ate Shiela, Sir Roy, and Nanay, for your advice. Thank you, Apex Eagles Institute, for the best experience and knowledge in baking. I learned a lot, especially from my chef, Ice. Thank you so much, Nay, for guiding, understanding, and supporting me. You are the best! I'm so happy and proud because I'm part of the Apex family, and I will never forget my experience.

Its a great learning experience studying and training in APEX Eagles Institute. They give not only to improve our skills but also give us oppurtunity to learn and earn aside from our normal salary. Chef Ice have been so hands on to her student including me inside or outside the campus sepcialy when im trying to practice my skills. You will also learn outside the textbook content. I will highly recommend APEX and continue to study under them...I love you inay❤️❤️❤️
