Terrible company, worse in Dubai than this one I have not seen yet, I want to note that the service is at the lowest level, they do not respect the client absolutely, I want to separately note the unprofessionalism of an employee named Satel, guys, as long as such people work in your company, you will only fall in the eyes of customers...

Love this store! All my favourite US brands in one place and the service there is amazing. Always leave the store with tones of samples. Big shoutout to the stuff for finding the best nude lipstick for me. I struggled with that for years. Definitely recommend.

Loved this shop and the sales lady Marie Belle! She was so patient and helpful. She made me try everything before I bought it. I was eyeing Tatcha skincare since so long. Finally got my hands on it. Thank u!

Very happy to find this shop! Very nice mix of products and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They found me a new skincare routine and gave me lots of samples to try. I will come back many times :)

Be careful when you buy products in this store and always verify if the products match the receipt... Do not trust! Ask them to open to products in front of you before you pay!

I am extremely disappointed and appalled by this place!

I have purchased the Orbie gold lust pre shampoo treatment and it turned out rancid.

That’s not the issue, when I returned it to the shop, the worker contacted the management and I got a refusal to replace my product, what’s worse, when the sales person checked the sample they had of the same product, it was also bad and rancid and she was surprised.

I have unfortunately purchased few items from them before, but after this, I would never enter this place again, all their products are widely available online.
