My wife had the pan fried sea bass. It was soggy, tasteless and spent very little time in a pan. I had the lasagne, which was just mince with no pasta sheets and cheese that hadn’t even melted on top. Not too mention all the oil sat on top too. At least Boot & Shoe is consistent as his food was also tasteless! We mentioned to the waiter when he was bringing my wife's food that my food had no pasta sheets and he said he’d make a note, what help is that?! No one ever came back again even though it wasn’t a busy time. We had to go pick up menus, cutlery, sauces etc and find our own table. Does customer service not mean anything anymore?! We waited for about 20-30 minutes after getting the food to try and speak to someone about the poor quality but no one came so we left. Extremely disappointed with the food and service.
