These gentlemen are promising and are available on call. They fixed my printer and computer during the lockdown period which was very helpful for me.

I would certainly recommend anybody who needs their service to call them. They know what they are doing and can be very helpful as they come to your home or office and fix issues then and there itself.

I have been at this practice since moving to Glasgow in 2017. Most of the doctors are really sympathetic & understanding.

Very friendly GPs (when you get to see them) but unhelpful and plainly apathetic receptionists (not all). Too many obstacles and not enough support for patients. A shame as this was once a good GP surgery.

Terrible experience today and yesterday with them. receptionist don’t care no compassion false information, doctor pedigree told me she couldn’t fix all my problems very rude! Having a very difficult time right now and the way I was spoken to and just forgotten about was very hurtful. For someone suffering tremendously with mental health problems right now I would seriously not recommend going here or calling them if your having a bad day, I guarantee it will be made 10x worse.

Awful experience today with Dr Martin
I fully appreciate students needing to train however with me feeling anxious i expressed my feelings about it even tho he did tell me they would be a student training however there ending up being two.
I felt so uncomfortable at a doctors practise that I have been with for years. Will be switching doctors
Shame on you Dr Martin. Most unhelpful

Absolutely pitiful service from this surgery at this crucial time .
The Doctors are using the pandemic as an excuse to change all their services . And they are not for the better.
They now have a answering machine service . I phoned for a prescription , some cream for a rash on my forehead. I suggested a cream that had been recommended to me by a friend .
Hours later, ended up calling the surgery again . Guy on reception saying the Doctor declined, as that cream was not good on the face. DID NOT OFFER ANY ALTERNATIVE . Absolutely useless . And this is just one of these unacceptable experiences, I've had over past 2 years.
I honestly don't believe any postitive review given for this surgery in past 24 months . Should be closed down

Been a patient here for over 10 years and I the staff are brilliant - extremely helpful and kind. Also love that you can get an appointment on the same day if you really need by calling in. Best docs I have ever been registered too.

Good luck ever managing to see a doctor. Still hiding from patients and still using covid as an excuse for their ineptitude. It’s been over 2 years since I’ve managed to see one.

Joined recently and have only had to use it a handful of times. Reception staff are lovely but I am disgusted at the attitude of the doctor towards myself today, very unprofessional and rude. On the few times I have been I have noticed a difference in the doctors attitude towards ethnic minority patients, and this is Dr Mair himself. Other members of my family have felt the same.
