Located in deira, i have been to this trustee office three times as it was booked by the buyer’s mortgage bank. Very professional and helpful staff, they always have plenty of snacks, juices and coffee for the clients waiting for the transfers. Over all it was a very good experience transferring the property at their office.

Disaster Experience. The staff is extremely rude. The hospitality is pathetic here, had asked a normal bottle of water 3 times and waited for 2 hours and no one is bothered. The receptionist is extremely unhelpful and very rude when talking.

Would not recommend anyone to do any sort of property transfer here. We were forced because it was a mortgaged deal

I have been using this trustee service for a while (but just felt like to share my appreciation) even feel like at home here; very professional and knowledgeable staff - the key, cuz lots of my cases are complicated. It’s simple office set up but way better others who just have luxury offices.
