I had a complaint, as i had done a ceramic coating 6 month ago, the problem was that I wasn’t happy with it, the coat didn’t last more than a week, and honestly I was so lazy to go back to them ( the service was done at SMART REPAIR ), since i am not living in Dubai, I intended to wait till the service ( should be 6 months after the coating)
When the service time cane i went to the main branch (Menzerna Deira)

I met Mr. Moussa who was helping and friendly, Then i met Mr Eyad, Who really supported my cause and directed me to the Center (Nano Auto center) and he called the manager there and explained everything about my complaint.

I went there and met the manager, Mr Ahmed, he is really decent and understanding person, who directly started the action,

First he told me that he would do whatever it needed to solve the problem

Then he admitted the car to the center and within few minutes, the work started on the car,

He promised me to follow up with the work on the car and feeding me with all the updates

And he met all his promises, the car went out after one day, and the results were amazing ????

Thank you Menzerna and big thanks to Mr Ahmed, and everyone else who cared and helped me.

After seven years, they make my car like brand new again with the professional RECEPTION and the professional employees and I’m so happy to get the service in the center. Thanks to you all, especially Mr. Raaed

We heard about this shop through an advertiser. The original price is 14,000 dirhams! During this media period we got a 50% discount. I gave them the car and gave them enough time to do the work of the PPF, which is the protection executioner. Unfortunately, upon receipt, it had installation defects! I returned the car to fix the defects. Also, unfortunately, it had defects for the second time. The third time the performance was better with fewer defects. We used their second service, which is polishing the car from the inside and outside. Also, unfortunately, the same process, poor polishing, three times. Finally, the prices have been manipulated! Example: the original price is 14,000 and during the advertising is 7,000, but the real price is 6,000 and this is for PPF. The original price is 1500 during the advertisement 900, but the real price is 500, and this is for polishing.

They are professional in handling the customer and the car. I really advise you to bring baby car to them and they will take in love ❤️.

Very precise on timings and very professional workers over there . Dropped my car for PPF and ceramic and the results are very overwhelming. Highly recommended ????????

I did multi work in the car and they done it perfectly,specially the tented window i really love it as its dark from out side and clear from inside and very affordable comparing with other car accessories shop i got it more than half price with high quality, i also did car detailing from inside as i was facing a very bad smell from the leather it self as it was parked in sun for long so leather was giving a very bad smell , and after the deep detailing cleaning it gone for ever and leather looked like brand new shining .

Don’t fall in to the offer trap. I had done ceramic here couple of years ago and fairly lasted for a while with no issues.

Recently done the ceramic and tint, extremely disappointed. Poor quality. Not up to the standards as previously done. It looks like they compromised quality over price. Not recommended if you’re looking for quality job.

I was super excited to get my 2019 FJ looking new again after seeing another friend’s also 2019 FJ done by MENZERNA, and came highly recommended.
I am rather satisfied with the outcome with some touch ups to be done. Will follow up further on the review. Pictures to follow too.
