Harassment by Delivery order taker.
He has repeatedly mocked and belittled while we are giving orders. Making us repeat things in a mocking way and making fun of our words. This has happened 9/10 time we (women) called to order. This Harassment has lasted consistent enough to consider filing for complaint officially.

Worst customer experience. The staff is laughing while taking order. And makes us repeat the order several times. After taking the order the staff hangs up and no delivery. Trying to reach them ever since they are not picking the call.

Their Mobile shop is so bad. They destroyed my mobile screen while changing the screen protector and told me that I have to pay half price of screen if I want to replace. Don't go there for any work

Yup, the best and cheapest store with all necessary daily and monthly use products
I am using to buy milk daily to buy fruits and vegetables and soap and shampoo
Even if you wanna to have tea or swarma, u can visit, and now they have also started the hot dogs, and all are quite good as per price
One can buy bread, ice cream and so many things
The offers and other things are also better
Just next to it, we have VIVA - More cheaper for most of products but very less option to choose from.. So i would suggest going for Aqsa.. But u may check out the ViVa, too

It's not allowed there to click pictures. That's why I don't have it, but the store is clean and friendly...

Nowadays, swarma does not taste good. However, do like offer with 10 AED we get swarma and banana shake

Very very poor service. After you purchase the items and give them for delivery, they will forget to deliver. It will take hours to receive the items.

The staff are discriminatory towards aftican they are very rude and does not have professional ethics execpet one indian lady cashier she is very professional , discrimination against any nationalty is a criminal act in uae law they need to be given orientation or one day they will face law suite and jail time for breaking the rule the rudness off the staff and the unprofessionalism is extreme I would avoid going there unless it is necessary isaw so many wrong treatments toward Africans in that super market I hope they will rectify it soon

Worst customer service ever.
Every 2 to three days i use to get groceries worth 200 to 300 and get. It delivered to home just yesterday i brought groceries worth 30 aed and requested for home delivery they refused saying the amount is too less so they forgot my history them.
I will never ever shop with them again.

Went there to get a vape. Not sure if they have a license to sell them.

The lady at the cash counter let 2 people cut in line and claimed they were there first even though I was waiting in queue.

I'm Indian while the receptionist and the ones who cut were the same race.
