Incredibly long lines everyday. Minimum wait time is like 5-10 minutes. Minimum. Everyday. The thing is, there are three counters. During peak hours, only two are used.

Filipina Assistant mangerShe has a rude way of dealing with customers and not appreciating the situation properly. I have a bar of soap that costs 2 dirhams, and the place is crowded and the floor is large, and everyone has purchases of more than 20 dirhams. I asked her twice to skip the big turn on cashier , and she insisted that I stand on the turn And wait more than 10 minutes

Worst branch of all viva branches, no trolly bag! I had to do shopping carrying the clorox and detergant on my hand so I cut it short and left before finishing shopping!
