I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is either buying or selling. We met agent Leon on one of his listings online and the unit just didnt work for us. However, we have spoke to Leon in person, he found him very genuine and easy going, we have told him exactly what we were looking for. In the same afternoon, he asked for time to pull out his contacts and will get back to us the same day. We were in a rush of moving out so we immediately scheduled view the next day once he said he found something for us. And the first time we viewed the apartment, we just loved what he found for us. The location, the budget, and little everything we looked for. He did not only saved our time but he found us a new home, and we really appreciated him not wasting our time and trying to sell units that don’t work for us like other agents have done to us. He knows what he’s doing and very professional. We would definitely recommend him to any of our friends.

I have hired many agents in Dubai. But it takes a long time to deliver these results. But I am very satisfied with Hady from Arabian Estates. Very quick sale of property where other agents had taken over 1.5 years.

We booked their four poster bed which was larger than a king size and very comfortable. Room was large with two big armchairs, a large screen TV and coffee/tea making. Bathroom was great too with a bath and shower attached. The meal we had later was superb. I had the cod with scallops special and my partner the duck breast in blackcurrant sauce. Both were beautifully presented and both were delicious.. we will be back to try the rest of the menu soon...

If only the place truly looks like the picture, then it's great. The Local Council could double up the cleanliness of the place, knowing that there are high numbers of customers moving about the area.

This is more of a thoroughfare between bus stops It is not a place for children and families. Nor is it a green for leisure activities, unless of the dubious kind. I use it to change buses ;-)

It's a small green either side of a very busy high St. Mosque close by as well as various north African style cafes

It's agreable to have a bit if greenery around but nothing to do there. Not a place to visit.

This area Is looking very nice of late, although can be very busy especially during rush hr, having many bus stops either side the streatham green gets alot of footfall.
