Please refrain from coming in this store. Very bad refund policy as they dont do refund to customers. They only give credit note to force you to buy in their store again. Funny it seems as all stores in Dubai does refund to customers as this is our right. As per Ali the manager perhaps, no store in Dubai does any refund. Like seriously? The store just opened and not even wanting the customers to come back! Not even saw a single effort to compromise with the customers!!!

Its a new store, its understandable. But they have good pandesal bread and good priced fruits. They can improve if their cashiers are always there at the counter.

I am regularly buying groceries from this store but behavior of your staff is very bad and i am with my family there.before i order from home milk 11aed . yoghurt 6.25aed.water 8.50aed and they refuse to deliver but delivery 24/7... i talk to staff muhammad junaid and manager marlon but they refuse.i don't know how you are running your business with this kind of staff...

Sometimes I used this store before they was good but nowadays they said out of building 50 dhs then 30 I saw the post I sent them afterthat they said ok but they are not responding properly

very bad service if i need something urgent they are always have reason to not to send delivery until u not reach 20 dhs if ur fasting also they are refused to send the delivery in the same building very very bad customer service n i experienced this always not one time and if u want to see how they treated anyone can check in my google profile i uploaded a chat screenshots in my google account Thanks
